The map is based on a conversion of NiRv4n4's Europe Improved from Civ IV. I also think that Europe maps shouldn't be too gigantic but at the same time leave enough room for civs to expand. Compared to my previous one which is 71x74 it's only slightly improved size-wise, but way better suited for the additional European civs that come with the Brave New World expansion pack.
